After you receive R1 Pro thin client, please read our user manual first, and install our management software as the manual said (please leave your email when you place the order or contact us, we will send the software to you.)
R1 pro only supports some USB port printers. Technicians have tested the following model of printers: HP LaserJet P1108, Lenovo M7216, HP M1005 MFP, Epson TM-T8, Epson L395 are supported; Espon LX-350 are not supported.

5. For Swedish customer, please note that the Swedish Customs decided to impose VAT on all non-EU e-commerce items (including mail) starting March 1, 2018. For Brazil customer, please note that the Brazil Customs decided to charge a fee of 15 reais (about 3.5 US dollars) per order for all international parcels handled by the customs from August 27, local time.You have to pay it within 30 days, otherwise the package will be returned or destroyed. For that, we wont do money refund.
